2025 TV SERIES

Does it belong to Ingrid’s father?
She said her father left when she was 16. Did he die?

The place where she spends her birthday every year looks like a place where a disaster—fire or building collapse—happened. Was that what happened to her father?

It has to be her father because she was very teary-eyed when Moriarty gave her the “index finger”.

The Watson-Moriarty-Shinwell dance ft the Pharmacist

Shinwell didn’t switch the pills initially, and he was threatened into switching them. When he switched them, Watson began to hallucinate again.

First, Watson heard the sound of a violin, and then his inner voice became Sherlock’s voice, which helped him solve the case of the day and even led him down a path of discovering that Moriarty was alive.

However, that Pharmacist bit threw me off.

You see, Watson became suspicious of Shinwell, as he should, and enlisted Stephens to help him check the drugs. Stephens did and found out the drug was a hallucinogen.

Shinwell became worried and tried to confess, which I think he should have, because trying to handle Moriarty alone is going to consume him.

So Shinwell tried to confess, and then the Pharmacist showed up from nowhere, talking about some guy helping to pay off his debt in exchange for swapping Watson’s pills.

I think…

The Pharmacist has been under some kind of hallucinogen himself because he made reference to gambling all of his child’s college fund on the Premier League despite never watching a football match.

I also think that

Moriarty has been using the Pharmacist to swap the pills as an extra layer of security. So that no matter what happens, Watson is going to get a dose of the hallucinogen.

Also because…

Moriarty wants to mess with Shinwell’s head and make him hate himself for being a traitor to Watson.

Funny Bit

This face mites bit cracked me up

Mary almost had a little lamb

Throughout the episode, Mary was acting all kinds of weird: come to find out, she was pregnant and found out when Watson was away. She didn’t tell him because she had a miscarriage.

It is so sad that this woman has all this baggage from the marriage that Watson doesn’t know about, and it is why their marriage failed. She resents him for things he has zero clue about.

Final Thoughts

I liked this episode. It was good.
